Where we deliver

We deliver throughout South Africa.

Dispatch

Orders placed before [12:00] on a business day are packed and dispatched within [1–2] business days. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery times

• Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein): [2–3] business days from dispatch
• Regional and outlying areas: [3–5] business days from dispatch

These are estimates provided by our courier, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Flat rate of R[XX] nationwide.

Free shipping on all orders over R500.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is collected by the courier.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to street addresses only — our courier cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

Missed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery [twice]. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional charge.
